User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the organizers of the Tashkent Advertising Festival TAF!26 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") regarding the use of the taf26.marketing.uz website and its services.

By using the website, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, please stop using the website.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The TAF!26 website provides information and interactive services, including:

  • information about the festival, competition, and conference;
  • registration and application forms;
  • access to conference materials;

1.2. This Agreement may be amended by the Organizer at any time without prior notice. The updated version comes into force upon publication on the website.

2. User Rights and Obligations

2.1. The User undertakes to:

  • provide accurate information when registering and submitting applications;
  • not violate the rights of third parties, including copyright and related rights;
  • not engage in actions that disrupt the operation of the website or undermine its security.

2.2. The User has the right to:

  • use all public services of the website for personal, non-commercial purposes;
  • unsubscribe from receiving newsletters and notifications at any time;
  • contact the organizing committee for clarification of any terms of participation.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Organizer

3.1. The Organizer has the right to:

  • process the User's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy;
  • suspend access to the website in the event of technical work or violations of the Agreement;
  • use provided materials (cases, presentations, photos) to promote the festival, indicating the author.

3.2. The Organizer undertakes to:

  • ensure the confidentiality of personal data;
  • not transfer data to third parties, except as required by law or the Agreement;
  • provide up-to-date and accurate information about festival events.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All materials posted on the website (text, images, logos, videos, etc.) are legally owned by the Organizer or third parties.

4.2. Any copying, distribution, or other use of materials without the written consent of the owners is prohibited.

5. Liability of the Parties

5.1. The Organizer is not responsible for:

  • temporary interruptions and errors in the operation of the website;
  • actions of third parties resulting in disruption of the website;
  • inaccuracies in the data provided by the User.

5.2. The User is responsible for compliance with this Agreement and the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan when using the website.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. All disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation.

6.2. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with current legislation.
