Perfect University is a private higher education institution in Uzbekistan offering professionally oriented undergraduate programmes. In Uzbekistan, choosing a university is rarely an individual decision. Behind every application stands a family deciding whom they can trust with their child’s future. Despite the equal legal recognition of private and state university diplomas, many parents remained cautious about private higher education. Perfect University responded by turning this deeply rooted cultural insight into a public promise. Six respected professionals voiced the hopes Uzbek families traditionally share with the next generation. Their personal wishes were united by one message: “Your Trust — Our Responsibility.” It carried this promise to students and their families through television, outdoor advertising, metro stations, airports, buses, retail screens and digital platforms.
Problem
In Uzbekistan, a university application may belong to one student, but the decision behind it often belongs to the whole family. In our society, this is part of what we call “O‘zbekchilik” — a cultural tradition in which parents remain closely involved in their children’s major life decisions, from where they study to whom they marry. Although private and state university diplomas have equal legal recognition, many parents continued to approach private universities with caution. Therefore, Perfect University needed to earn not only students’ interest, but also the trust of the families behind their decisions.
Solution
Perfect University built the campaign around a familiar Uzbek cultural tradition: before an important life decision, families share their hopes and blessings with the next generation. Six respected professionals expressed these personal wishes. Each message represented a family’s trust in their child’s future and led to one promise from Perfect University: "Your Trust — Our Responsibility.” The message was communicated across TV, OOH, metro stations, airports, buses, nearly 300 Korzinka supermarket screens and digital platforms.
Results
The campaign generated more than 7.7 million video views and 4.9 million recorded interactions across platforms. During the campaign period: * student applications increased by 32%; * admission inquiries grew by 45%. Growing parental interest also led Perfect University to create dedicated admission spaces where families could learn about the education process, diploma recognition and future opportunities. The campaign turned family trust from a communication challenge into measurable action.
