In 2026, iBox launched a new tariff matrix for different types of trade businesses: retail, wholesale and multi-store companies. After the launch, the Q2 business task was clear: generate measurable B2B demand and deliver 100 new paid subscriptions. Trade automation usually communicates through stock, reports, cash and control. These benefits are important, but they can feel rational and cold to business owners. The campaign had to do more than explain the product. It had to activate owners through a more personal and recognizable pain.

Problem

The main task was to turn the new iBox tariff offer into measurable B2B results: quality leads, SQLs, impact on the sales pipeline and paid subscriptions. The problem was that business owners do not always react to standard automation messages. Stock, reports and dashboards explain the product value, but they do not always create urgency to act. We needed an insight that would make owners recognize themselves in the problem, leave a lead and move into a sales conversation.

Solution

The campaign was built around one insight: business owners were not only losing money or control, they were losing their own time. The creative idea asked: “How does a business owner spend a day off?” Three films showed three real business situations: a retail owner returns to cash calculation, a store-chain owner returns to reports, and a wholesale owner returns to stock control. But the campaign did not stop at the videos. The idea was built into a B2B activation system: paid and social video created recognition, website and Meta forms captured demand, Telegram warmed interested owners with useful business content, SQL rules filtered relevant leads, SDRs qualified them, and Account Managers converted them into paid subscriptions.

Results

The campaign generated more than 5 million reach during the Q2 activation window and collected more than 1,000 leads from Meta, website and Telegram. 32% of the leads were qualified by SQL rules. The campaign helped deliver 100 new paid subscriptions and at least 300 paid users. These subscriptions created approximately 50 million UZS in monthly payments. With an average customer lifetime of 13 months, this equals 650 million UZS in potential customer value. The main result: the campaign did not only create attention. It turned an emotional owner insight into qualified B2B demand, and then into real paid subscriptions.
