  • An exclusive limited-edition capsule clothing collection by the international brand MANGO.
For the first time in Central Asia, the international fast-fashion brand MANGO launched an exclusive limited capsule collection. For the regional market, this represented the brand's first localized premium launch of this scale.

Problem

The initial objective was straightforward: to announce and introduce the new capsule collection to the market. However, leveraging the JTBD (Jobs To Be Done) framework, we shifted our strategy: instead of merely showcasing the product, our goal was to capture the fashion community’s attention and elevate MANGO’s brand positioning as a highly relevant fashion brand that consumers actively aspire to wear and connect with.

Solution

Bypassing traditional paid media integrations, the team hosted an exclusive private fashion show at an unconventional venue. The guest list was curated to include 60 top fashion influencers (driving organic reach and content creation) and 40 MANGO VIP clients (a loyal, high-purchasing-power audience). The private format and unique location generated strong media and industry hype prior to the event. During the showcase, media outlets conducted interviews, influencers generated extensive Stories and Reels, and VIP guests engaged directly with the collection in an aspirational atmosphere.

Results

Reach & Views: Event-related content generated over 1.5 million organic views. UGC & Engagement: Guests published more than 150 Instagram Stories with active MANGO tags in a single evening. Live Streams: MANGO’s official social media livestreams attracted over 300 concurrent viewers. PR Impact: The event secured 4 organic media features without paid integrations. Business Impact: What started as a simple product launch became a standout fashion milestone across Central Asia, strengthening brand equity and directly driving engagement among target audiences.
