  • iBox is a trade automation platform for retail, wholesale and multi-store businesses. It helps owners control stock, sales, cash, reports and key business processes in one system.
In Uzbekistan, many business owners do not build a company only for themselves. Business is often built for family, parents, children and the future. But the same business can take the owner away from exactly those people. In 2026, iBox launched a new tariff matrix for different types of trade businesses. The communication had to make automation feel closer and more relevant for retail, wholesale and multi-store owners. That is why the team decided to speak not only about stock, reports and control, but about the time owners lose every day.

Problem

The task was to turn a familiar cultural reality into a business message. For many owners, business is a responsibility toward their family. But in real life, cash, reports and stock often stop the owner from spending time with the people he works for. Standard automation messages explain the product value, but they sound too technical. We needed to show that automation is not only about reports and control. It is a way to protect the owner’s time outside the business.

Solution

The campaign was built around one question: “How does a business owner spend a day off?” This question opened a familiar tension: the owner wants to be with family, parents, children, friends or think about growth, but the business pulls him back to daily operations. Three films showed three different realities. A retail owner wants friends, tea house and football, but returns to cash calculation. A store-chain owner wants time with parents and children, but returns to reports. A wholesale owner wants travel and growth, but returns to stock control. Each film used a simple symbol: a ball, a child’s toy or scissors. These objects showed where the owner wanted to be, even when the business pulled him back to work.

Results

The campaign generated more than 5 million reach during the Q2 activation window and collected more than 1,000 leads from Meta, website and Telegram. 32% of the leads were qualified by SQL rules. The campaign helped deliver 100 new paid subscriptions and at least 300 paid users. These subscriptions created approximately 50 million UZS in monthly payments. With an average customer lifetime of 13 months, this equals 650 million UZS in potential customer value. The main result: the cultural insight did not remain a soft brand story. It helped owners recognize themselves in the problem, leave a lead and move into a conversation about paid subscription.
