  • iBox is a trade automation platform for retail, wholesale and multi-store businesses. It helps owners control stock, sales, cash, reports and key business processes in one system.
In 2026, iBox launched a new tariff matrix for different types of trade businesses: retail, wholesale and multi-store companies. Before the relaunch, the product communication was mainly built around rational benefits: stock, reports, cash, control and business management. These benefits were important, but they sounded too technical and did not make the brand emotionally distinctive. After launching the new tariffs, iBox needed to do more than explain the product. It needed to relaunch its meaning for business owners.

Problem

The main task was to change how iBox was perceived: from a system for stock control and reports into a brand that helps owners regain time, calm and freedom. The problem was that the trade automation category often speaks the same language: dashboards, reports, stock, profit. This explains the product, but it does not create a strong emotional reason to choose the brand. iBox needed a promise that was closer to the real life of business owners.

Solution

iBox was reframed as a platform that helps owners not only control their business, but also regain time for what truly matters. The campaign was built around one question: “How does a business owner spend a day off?” Three films showed three different realities: a retail owner wants to spend time with friends, but returns to cash calculation; a store-chain owner wants family time, but returns to reports; a wholesale owner wants travel and growth, but returns to stock control. We did not relaunch the logo. We relaunched the brand promise. iBox moved from the language of features to a human promise: systemize your business and spend your time on what matters.

Results

The relaunch helped iBox move from a rational message about stock, reports and control to a stronger emotional platform: time, freedom and owner calm. The campaign generated more than 5 million reach during the Q2 activation window and collected more than 1,000 leads from Meta, website and Telegram. 32% of the leads were qualified by SQL rules. The campaign helped deliver 100 new paid subscriptions and at least 300 paid users. These subscriptions created approximately 50 million UZS in monthly payments. With an average customer lifetime of 13 months, this equals 650 million UZS in potential customer value. The main result: the new brand promise did not remain an image statement. It helped create demand, leads and paid subscriptions.
