  • iBox is a trade automation platform for retail, wholesale and multi-store businesses. It helps owners control stock, sales, cash, reports and key business processes in one system.
In 2026, iBox launched a new tariff matrix for different types of trade businesses: retail, wholesale and multi-store companies. After the launch, the Q2 task was to deliver 100 new paid subscriptions and at least 300 paid users. The total campaign budget was $15,000: $10,000 for production and $5,000 for media. For a B2B product in the trade automation category, this budget was not enough to win by media pressure. The campaign had to create disproportionate business impact through the idea, a focused channel path and sales discipline.

Problem

The main task was to turn a limited budget into measurable business impact. The campaign had to do more than generate reach or leads. It had to move the audience toward SQLs, the sales pipeline and paid subscriptions. The problem was that standard automation messages — stock, reports, dashboards and control — explain the product, but do not always create urgency for business owners. With a small media budget, iBox needed a more personal insight that could be understood quickly, drive owners to leave a lead and help sales convert them into subscriptions.

Solution

The campaign was built around one insight: business owners were not only losing money or control, they were losing their own time. The creative idea asked: “How does a business owner spend a day off?” Three films showed three real business situations: a retail owner returns to cash calculation, a store-chain owner returns to reports, and a wholesale owner returns to stock control. We did not win by budget. We made every part of the campaign work harder. Paid and social video created recognition, business-audience reposts helped the idea travel further, website and Meta forms captured demand, Telegram warmed interested owners with useful business content, SQL rules filtered relevant leads, SDRs qualified them, and Account Managers converted them into paid subscriptions.

Results

With a total budget of $15,000, the campaign generated more than 5 million reach during the Q2 activation window and collected more than 1,000 leads from Meta, website and Telegram. 32% of the leads were qualified by SQL rules. The campaign helped deliver 100 new paid subscriptions and at least 300 paid users. These subscriptions created approximately 50 million UZS in monthly payments. With an average customer lifetime of 13 months, this equals 650 million UZS in potential customer value. The main result: a limited budget created disproportionate business impact. iBox did not win through media pressure. The campaign won through the idea, funnel discipline and a strong marketing-to-sales connection.
