Valentine’s season is overloaded with predictable romantic communication. At the same time, Belarusian alcohol advertising laws severely restrict creative freedom: alcohol brands cannot show people in ads, while outdoor advertising doesn’t even allow the product itself to be shown. The challenge was to create a bold, highly shareable Valentine’s campaign under extreme communication limitations.

Problem

• Launch the limited-edition Garage Love Fusion flavor. • Stand out during Valentine’s season and drive organic conversations beyond paid media. • Build an emotionally engaging campaign that resonates with Gen Z audiences through humor, provocation and post-ironic storytelling. • Turn Garage’s signature brand asset into a recognizable symbol.

Solution

The campaign was built around OOH as its core channel. We extended the product KV with playful tagline into retail and a series of targeted activations. In OOH, where alcohol products cannot be shown, we used only Garage’s pink squeezers, transforming them into instantly recognizable “love tools.” The campaign launched under the playful tagline “Ty mne kryshechku snosish” – a twist on a Russian idiom meaning “you drive me crazy,” while also referencing a bottle cap.

Results

With strict advertising restrictions limiting even product visibility in outdoor media, we embraced provocation instead of avoiding it, creating a campaign that quite literally “blew the audience’s caps off,” just like the playful tagline itself. The campaign generated earned media coverage and sparked active conversations on social media, with users sharing and reposting our outdoor advertising.
