Vitali Zakharau

Vitali Zakharau is a creative leader with more than 18 years of experience in the advertising industry. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading international and regional brands, including McDonald's, Volkswagen, KIA, Mastercard, Visa, and Procter & Gamble, developing creative campaigns that combine innovation with measurable business results.

His work has been recognized at leading industry festivals, including White Square and Red Apple. Today, he serves as Partner and Creative Director of LUTA Agency, leading creative strategy and the development of impactful brand communications.

Vitali is also an active contributor to the advertising industry as an international jury member. He served on the White Square 2025 jury and has been a jury member of the LAMA – Belarusian Festival of Marketing and Advertising from 2022 to 2025.

As a juror, he brings extensive experience in evaluating creative work with a strong focus on originality, strategic thinking, craftsmanship, and effectiveness, helping recognize ideas that create meaningful value for brands and audiences.
