Aliyar Huseynov is a senior commercial and marketing leader at Procter & Gamble with more than 13 years of experience driving business growth across the Caucasus and Central Asia region. Having joined P&G as an intern in 2013, Aliyar served as Chief Marketing Officer for P&G's Caucasus and Central Asia cluster from 2020 to 2025, leading brand-building strategies, media investments, innovation launches, and integrated marketing programs across six diverse markets. In 2025, he was appointed Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer for the region, expanding his responsibilities to include commercial strategy, business development, and market execution alongside marketing leadership.

Since July 2026, Aliyar has been leading the Commercial and Marketing organization for the Caucasus cluster, continuing to drive growth, category development, and brand superiority across the region.

Throughout his career, Aliyar has overseen marketing and commercial operations across Azerbaijan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, markets characterized by distinct consumer behaviors, media ecosystems, and cultural dynamics. His expertise spans brand strategy, direct-to-consumer marketing, multi-brand campaigns, retail execution, and media transformation.

Aliyar has led the launch and growth of numerous global brands and innovations, while personally overseeing more than 30 television commercial productions across the region. His work combines strategic thinking with deep local insight, enabling the successful adaptation of global brands to diverse emerging markets.

His contributions have been recognized with P&G's prestigious Global CEO Award, one of the company's highest internal honors, awarded for outstanding business impact and leadership. Beyond brand building, he has successfully led major partnerships, sponsorships, and business initiatives that have strengthened P&G's market position across the Caucasus and Central Asia.
