Alexander Likhtman is the Founder and CEO of ITCOMMS PR Agency, a mentor for startup founders in marketing and PR team development, and the author and lecturer of courses on public relations, communications, and artificial intelligence.

For more than 20 years, his professional career has been closely connected with the IT industry, helping technology companies grow in local and international markets while building and managing distributed teams. In 2002, Alexander founded his first PR agency, operating across Russia and Ukraine. By 2014, the business had evolved into a group of companies with two specialized agencies—one focused on B2B IT companies and the other on B2C communications.

In 2022, he launched ITCOMMS, a PR agency with offices in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. Today, the agency specializes in promoting international and local IT companies, technology businesses, and startups, helping them strengthen their reputation and accelerate business growth.
