Shakhriyor Azimov (Kon) is the Head of SFERA MEDIA, a digital marketing agency he has successfully led for more than seven years. Throughout his career, he has delivered marketing projects for leading brands and organizations, including Domino's Pizza, Les Ailes, Chopar, MGIMO, British Management University (BMU), Chortoq, Hilton, Marriott, Uklon, Korzinka, and many others.

He also has extensive experience in the education sector, having worked with institutions such as Inter House, CANA, AIST, Integra, East Star, Tashkent Tech, and Makline.

At Tashkent Advertising Festival, Shakhriyor will present "Why Creativity Is the Most Important Skill for Modern Marketers." In his session, he will demonstrate how creative disciplines enhance professional performance: how visual arts improve color perception and design thinking, music develops editing and content creation skills, and writing strengthens storytelling, brand communication, and the ability to generate compelling marketing ideas.
