Alexander Ustinov is the Founder and CEO of Beavers Brothers, an international design partner for fast-growing and global companies. With more than 10 years of experience in branding and digital, he specializes in creating complex B2B, fintech, and technology products, as well as brand communication systems.

Throughout his career, Alexander has worked with leading global and regional brands, including Apple, Microsoft, Yandex, Huawei, Sberbank, and Uzbekistan Airways.

His projects have received numerous international awards, including the European Design Awards, three Silver Dolphins at the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards, New York Festivals, Gold Awards at the Horizon Interactive Awards and the US International Film Festival, as well as recognition from CSS Design Awards and Awwwards. In Russia, his work has been honored with Tagline Gold, Golden Site Awards, and top positions in the Runet Rating.

Alexander is also a jury member of the Silver Mercury Festival and the Sreda New Design Festival, as well as the organizer of design conferences and the host of a podcast dedicated to design and creativity.
